About This Repository

This centralized repository provides quick access to Infrico parts documentation, exploded view diagrams, and pricing information for your service and parts team.

Available Resources

  • Exploded Views: PDF diagrams showing equipment parts with numbered callouts and part lists
  • Price Lists: Excel files containing part numbers and current pricing
  • Parts Catalog: Searchable database of all available parts

How to Search for Parts

  1. Navigate to the "Parts Catalog" section
  2. Click "Load Price List" to import the latest pricing data
  3. Use the search bar to find parts by number or description
  4. View pricing and part details in the table

Viewing Exploded Diagrams

  1. Go to "Exploded Views" section
  2. Click on any diagram to open the PDF viewer
  3. Navigate through pages using the controls
  4. Download the PDF for offline reference

SMTP Email Configuration

Recommended: Use Gmail for reliable email delivery

Gmail works reliably with App Passwords. Microsoft accounts (Hotmail/Outlook) often have SMTP authentication disabled. See the SMTP Setup Guide below for detailed Gmail instructions.

📖 SMTP Setup Guide

Common SMTP Settings:

✅ Gmail Setup (Recommended):

Gmail is the most reliable option. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/security
  2. Enable 2-Step Verification if not already enabled
  3. Search for "App passwords" or go to App Passwords
  4. Select app: Mail, Select device: Other (Custom name)
  5. Enter a name like "INFRICO Parts System"
  6. Click Generate and copy the 16-character password
  7. Use this App Password in the "SMTP Password" field above

Note: The App Password is a 16-character code without spaces. Use your Gmail address as the SMTP User.

⚠️ Microsoft Issues (Hotmail/Outlook):

Microsoft accounts often have SMTP authentication disabled. Gmail is recommended instead. If you must use Microsoft, contact your admin to enable SMTP authentication.

Need Help?

Follow these steps to set up Azure integration:

  1. Go to Azure Portal
  2. Navigate to "App registrations" → "New registration"
  3. Copy the Application (client) ID and Directory (tenant) ID
  4. Go to "Certificates & secrets" → "New client secret"
  5. Copy the secret value immediately (you won't see it again!)
  6. Go to "API permissions" → Add Microsoft Graph permissions (Mail.Read, Mail.ReadWrite, Mail.Send)
  7. Grant admin consent for your organization
  8. Paste the credentials above and click "Test Connection"
